This website is operated by Amit Bhardwaj. By accessing or using the 360Eagleweb Services, whether or not you become a client (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, which you acknowledge that you have read and understood.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of any changes.


Hours of Operation

360Eagleweb’s corporate office operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. IST. We are closed on all government-observed holidays. These policies apply to all 360Eagleweb products and services sold on this site or any other site owned by 360Eagleweb that includes a link to this page.


Billing Address

The billing address must match the shipping address. Due to credit card processing procedures, we cannot ship to an address different from the billing address.


Returns and Cancellations

Returns & Non-Subscription Cancellations: You may return products within THIRTY (30) days of the original purchase date for a refund. Returns received after this period will not be processed.


Limitation on Liability

All 360Eagleweb content, software, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

360Eagleweb is not responsible for:

  • Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or issues with network systems, servers, or software.
  • Any damage to your computer or device resulting from the use of 360Eagleweb websites, content, or services.
  • Events beyond our control, such as viruses, unauthorized interventions, or technical failures, which affect the performance or availability of our services.

If such events compromise the proper functioning of our services, 360Eagleweb reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate any affected offers at its sole discretion.


Your Account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your account details as necessary. You authorize 360Eagleweb to store and use this information for billing and account maintenance purposes.


Social Media Groups and Communities

Community Guidelines:

  1. Respectful Communication: Negative, rude, or attacking comments will be deleted. Violators may be asked to revise their comments or may be removed from the group.
  2. No Sales Pitching: Solicitation of products, services, or affiliate offers is prohibited. This includes posting links to gated content or using private messages to pitch unsolicited offers.
  3. Confidentiality: Content shared within the group must remain within the group. Members are expected to respect the privacy of others.
  4. Stay on Topic: Posts should be relevant to the group’s purpose. Off-topic or offensive posts may be removed.
  5. Partnering Caution: Group membership does not imply endorsement of any member’s services. Exercise due diligence before entering any partnerships.

Rule Violations:

  • Three warnings for rule violations will result in a 7-day removal from the group.
  • After the removal period, users may rejoin on 30-day probation. Further violations during this time will result in permanent removal.

Intellectual Property

All 360Eagleweb content, including graphics, templates, and software, is proprietary and protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the 360Eagleweb brand without prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized use of 360Eagleweb trademarks, logos, or intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.
